In Uppsala, Sweden there is a neighborhood called Flogsta where they open a window a 10pm and scream bloody murder. They call it “the Flogsta scream” that supposedly has roots in stress release during exam times or is in remembrance of a suicide from the 70s. Now they just do it for fun as a nightly ritual.

Arthur Fellig a.k.a. Weegee (1899-1968) worked as a press photographer in the Lower East Side of New York City during the 1930s and 1940s. He was the only newspaper reporter with a permit to have a portable police-band shortwave radio while he maintained a complete darkroom in the trunk of his car. Decidedly, Weegee was a self-publishing and self-made one-man-media-show that often beat authorities to the scene.
“Crime was my oyster” “I was friend and confidant to them all. The bookies, madams, gamblers, call girls, pimps, con men, burglars and jewel fencers.”
Weegee was “the official photographer for Murder, Inc.”

This is Cannibal Superstar, a British documentary on Issei Sagawa, a 4 foot 9″, Japanese, college educated, and self professed pornographer, cannibal, and necrophiliac.
He killed a young girl, ate her flesh for 48 hours, was caught red handed, fully confessed, and then was set free. Now he’s making money off of his story.
